• Ceiling height and width should be sufficient enough as per the decoration selected.
• Supporting Items like Ladder to complete decoration should be provided.
• Non stop power supply is compulsory at the venue to complete the decoration on time.
• Cake table needs to be provided by the customer.
• For setup and removal of Items sufficient time should be provided.
• Client should ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights are obtained to arrange the selected decoration.
• Chair arrangements, Pre and post housekeeping should be taken by the client.
• For any customization please speak to the team well in advance.
• Rental duration for all decoration is standard 4hours. If needed extra hours to be discussed on additional charges.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All the Decoration bookings will be for the above mentioned rental duration.
• You need to ensure necessary arrangements like venue, sufficient time, power, and ladders are provided on time for a smooth flow of work.
• Balance payment should be cleared once the decoration is finished.
• Decoration items Except balloons and flowers are on a Rental basis only.
• Incase if clients need to own any items or props as memory can discuss and buy it at an extra cost.
• For any customizations apart from the package will be charged accordingly.
• Any damage to any of the decoration items, the Customer will be billed separately for the same, and cooperation is needed for the same.
• Pre and post housekeeping services are not included in the package.
• Package inclusions mentioned to be read properly before booking, Images would be for representation purpose only. Although 80 to 90% accuracy is always promised. Looks may vary from place to place.
• Client needs to ensure permissions, copyrights, and authorities are obtained before booking.
• Although our team follows all safety precautions, Any casualties arising at the venue. we cannot be held responsible for the same.
